Megi Luka was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2015

Megi Luka was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2015 at the end of the national pageant held in Tirana, Albania on 19th Sept. 2015. She is 19 years old and stands 5ft 10in tall. She succeeds Miss Universe Albania 2014, Zhaneta Byberi who was unplaced at the 2014 edition of the Miss Universe. Megi hails from Fushe-Kruje and lives in Tirana, Albania and works as a model. Also at the event she won the Miss Social Media award. Megi Luka will represent Albania in Miss Universe 2015 which date and venue has not been announced.

Also at the same event was Daniela Pajaziti appointed as Miss World Albania 2015.

Miss Universe Albania is organized by Fadil Berisha, the MUO official photographer and also national director of Miss Kosovo pageant. Albania has never won the contest but the first ever delegate of Albania in 2002, Anisa Kospiri finished Top 10. Also placed Top 15 in 2009 was Hasna Xhukiçi was in the Top 15 and 2010 was Angela Martini as Top 10.
