Sequel to the appointment of former Miss Earth Paraguay 2015, Myriam Arévalos as Miss Universe Paraguay 2015, Andrea Melgarejo is now the new Miss Earth Paraguay 2015. She will be representing Paraguay at Miss Earth 2015 pageant to be held on 5 December 2015 at Marx Halle, Vienna, Austria where reigning Jamie Herrell of the Philippines will crown her successor at the end of the event.

21 years old Andrea was previously Miss Villarrica 2015 and stands 1.80m tall. She is a 4th year student of Medicine and can speak Spanish, Guarani and English.
